NEPGA, EPSA, NRG Power Marketing, GenOn Energy Management, and H.Q. Energy Services (U.S.) filed a Joint Intervenors Brief in Support of Respondent  in the appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit pursuant to which Public Citizen, Inc., and several Connecticut regulatory authorities challenge the FCA 8 results (Public Citizen Inc., et al. v. FERC, Nos. 14-1244 and 14-1246, consolidated).
