NEPGA filed a Request for Rehearing in FERC Docket No. ER10-787, et al regarding FCM revisions. The rehearing request was on the issue of revisiting past ISO-NE Internal Market Monitor determinations that new entry from the first three Forward Capacity Auctions was not out-of-market.
