NEPGA sent a letter to Massachusetts Secretary of Energy and Environmental Affairs, Rebecca Tepper, on generator conversations regarding contracting with Enbridge’s expansion of pipeline and storage on the Algonquin system, titled “Project Beacon.” NEPGA correspondence was a response to a request from the Secretary (that original letter also below).
